i'm really not sure mate. you have to put a team together and then you have to be good enough to compete. Teams seem to get sponsored and all sorts. I dont think its as simple as one on one and just getting better.
I am humbled by the level of skills these people have! I can not compete! I will forward this to my nephews who are pretty good at these games and I will support them!
