Class Action against Kraken Exchange

It's more than 4 days that Kraken exchange is running a scheduled upgrade and having technical issue and users are not able to enter the platform!! This is unacceptable! This delays is making us loose a lot of tradings and money.
If you are feeling the same let's do a class action against this financial damage.
