It's on @ned 's page. It's the video in his latest post. I think we still vote the same way, but the internal mechanics is going to change somehow.

Yeah, but in the video they talk about how there is a different method of how things are processed. i didn't understand it fully, I think it means that people might be paid in a fairer way. Time will tell.
