Keep in mind, as long as you're dealing in relatively small amounts at any one time no one cares. Poloniex you can fund an account with just an email & password. Same with many overseas exchanges. Some of those exchanges can help point the way to a bank that will work with your exchange & respect your discretion.
Some of them even speak English... Once outside the country your funds are untouchable by the US.
Kinda how if you go to a Muslim country & you want to keep your porn you can put it in a Dropbox account then delete the app, knowing when they go through your laptop if they see Dropbox installed they'll force you to unlock it or be sent home. These guys are trained by grade school professionals after all.
The more oppressive any government is allowed to become. The more likely people will rebel, the more it will cost. Are we back to taking our shoes off at the airport? Or is it a race to take pictures of what's in your pants? Where will America draw the line?
