The following release schedule outlines the roll-out schedule for Token holders.

This email contains some important updates about your preCharge Tokens. Please make sure you review this email and contact support@precharge.com if you have any questions. Support is no longer provided by Facebook or Telegram.

One of the biggest challenges facing ICO’s is that on launch day, there is a mass dump of Tokens, causing a major disruption in price, which hurts all Token holders. We feel that this would be unfair to long-term holders and to the network as a whole. Therefore, as a protection, we have created a phased roll-out of Tokens onto the market. Currently, we expect that three or more exchanges will be listing preCharge as of October 15, 2018.

The following release schedule outlines the roll-out schedule for Token holders.

Phase 1 – Purchases
Tokens purchased either through fiat, PayPal or alternative Tokens will be released onto the exchanges. You will be able to buy, sell or trade your Tokens on exchanges on October 15, 2018.

Phase 2 – Airdrops
We feel those who helped promote the project deserve to be compensated; these are the people who helped make the project. On October 31, 2018, those tokens received via airdrops will be released onto the exchanges.

Phase 3 – Ambassadors
Our Ambassadors have been invaluable to the program, and we feel would be most benefited by a delay. As such, Ambassadors Tokens will be released onto the market on November 15, 2018.

Phase 4 – Bonuses
While bonuses were meant to encourage activity, they are in fact bonuses. As such, these Tokens will be released onto the market on December 1, 2018.

Phase 5 – Free Tokens
Finally, free Tokens that were received through one channel or another will be released onto the market on December 15, 2018.

Debit Cards
Contracts have been signed; integration has begun. The initial card release will be in the United States. We expect to be live as soon as December 1st. The initial card release will be virtual cards, to be functional on your mobile app. International cards are expected to be live as soon as January 1, 2019.

Merchants
We are now working with hundreds of merchants on integration, and expect dozens of merchants to be live by launch date – most likely more, but we want to set expectations. There will be no limitation; all Token holders, regardless of source, will be able to spend their Tokens with merchants, so come launch date, your Tokens will have real world value, usable at many leading online merchants.

We appreciate your continued support, and hope that you continue to get the word out. Launch date is quickly approaching, and we expect an explosive release. While we ask that you hold your tokens as long as possible, if you wish to spend your tokens at leading online merchants, they are your tokens, and we encourage responsible spending.
