Venezuela's Goverment has officialy launch the pre-sale of Petro the oil supported "cryptocurrency"

Early in the morning the Venezuela's Goverment has released the buttom in the oficial web site http://www.elpetro.gob.ve/ to begin to buy the "cryptocurrency" http://www.elpetro.gob.ve/

In my last post I have made a legal advice in which i warned about the legal and financial risks about the disguised cryptodebt as a cryptocurrency.

A weird start

At first the Petro would be supported by Ethereum, that's make supposed the function of Petro would be like a smart contract. But in the official announce of the vice-president of Venezuela, said the Cryptoasset will be supported by the Nem’s Blockchain. This detail means a substantial change with the white paper published some time ago. Looks like Petro is in the same way of the rest of the institutions of Venezuela, the improvisation and opacity, adding another negative thing in the long list of risk.
