We knew this day was coming from the get go. The gov HAD to get their hands on it. I agree with you that taxing the GAINS in the dollar when withdrawn is appropriate. Why wouldn't it be taxed? I also agree with you on the crypto to crypto transactions. NOT COOL, USA! NOT COOL! Hopefully this doesn't scare too many people away from dipping their toes into the crypto waters.
