Delving into a new realm, where one is unfamiliar with the ins and outs can be a truly daunting task. Usually when we have someone to guide us and show us the ropes, it's usually much more easy.
The cryptocurrency industry is no much different. Entrants face challenges such as knowing what to do and when to do it. Getting the right investors can be a headache, and also not running foul of government regulations, as this could lead to ones enterprise getting shut down. Trust is also a big issue, and these are some of the major challenges users on both side of the divide face.
Usually, to take care of these issues, there are middle men.
MOBU has created a solution, where both parties can work together to achieve a similar goal, and all sides keep to their part of the bargain, while being achieved without the need of middle men.
The use of smart contracts ensures that milestones are met, before any funds are released. By making use of smart contracts, the need for middle men such as banks and lawyers to seal these agreements are no longer needed, and this ensures that the cost of putting things in place is drastically reduced.
MOBU also enforces this trust issue by the use of an escrow service. They ensure that company's do not have total access to funds raised, to avoid misappropriation of funds, and leaving the investors without a return on their investment.

MOBU is solely focused on security token ICO’s, which are superior, because they are securities, and ensure that investors are a part of the company and get a return on their investments. As the value of the company shoots up, so does their share in the company.
MOBU's Pre-sale starts on September 1, 2018, and ends on September 15, 2018. This is a perfect example of a security token. By buying in, investors are expecting a financial return on their investments.
This is everything utility tokens are not. Utility tokens do not guarantee an expected return on investment.

This is actually one of two measures the United States SEC use in determining if a token is a utility token or a security token.
With MOBU in play, it is hoped that we will have more successful ICO’s, which will ensure that investors get a good return on their investments, and the sector continues to thrive.

Great piece of work, @solpaman
But I need to ask you some question?
So far it seem that MOBU is one of very few ICOs that are completly launched as security token. I wonder why. Wouldn't it be better to come up with some utility to their tokens and launch ICO as a utility token?
And also how will they maintan the price? Does MOBU offer Masternodes or POS to attract hodlers? If I cannot use those tokens and on top of that if there is no POS/masternodes introduced into their structure ... then what would make price go up or at least stay on stable level?
Upvote on the way! :D
