2017 the year of cryptocurrency?

As we get further into 2017, it really shows how far that we have come with cryptocurrencies.
Back in 2009, nobody would have thought that we would get an online currency, but with the skyrocketing price of bitcoins and other altcoins it is certainly clear that these coins are here to stay.

One of the things that i find fascinating, is that there are so many different coins that serve different purposes, and how one can invest into the coin, and thereby supporting the ideas and goals of that coin.

One example is golem(GNT) which is a currency used to buy computer power.
Here the goals is to make computing power affordable, and this can benefit a lot of corporations, and other project.

Another fantastic example of this is cloud folding where you can contribute to finding diseases by again giving computational power. Its amazing how much can be achieved just because of this one idea that originated back in 2009 when bitcoin first came out.

I highly encourage everyone to help with the cloud folding, because alone our PC might not do much, but together we can help improve the world!
