Please Beware Of Crypto Scams On Social Media!
New scams start to pop-up on social media every single day. Sometimes they look professional but many times they are just operating from pretty poor copies of the original accounts. Please just don´t fall for any of them!
So far the most scams might have appeared on Twitter hijacking or better said pretending to be crypto celebrities who want to give away some tokens to their great followers. In pretty much every single case the scammers will ask people to send a certain amount of a coin to an account just to receive 10x as much back.
Unfortunatley this offer just seems to be too tempting for many people so that some already fell for the scams hence loosing their valuable and loved tokens. It´s just not understandable to me how people can actually believe that someone only gives away something to their followers whenever they send him some tokens first...
I hope none of you will ever fall for such a scam or even consider to fall for it.

It has become a very big problem
I think it will even get worse during the next months.
And unfortunately these things will only grow in the future along with crypto. It's like a new Wild West.

Yeah the wild west is definitely cool but it's a dangerous place anyways after all.
As steemit progresses many hackers will take help of pishing links to get owners passwords..it is common..
It will happen... Just every1 needs to take care they dont tend to b merge in scams.. Thnx for awarness..
Unfortunately there are always some people who will fall for scams as they just can't resist the call of fast money...

I just hope some of them get busted so badly that all others stop doing it...

...But seriously, I've heard about a phone scam where they offer free crypto but you have to give them an iTunes gift card code to "redeem", and people fall for it.
