Well the way the crypto space is looking now-a-days, I wouldn't count ANYTHING out! I remember when BTC was $1.00...& when ETH was $.99 cents...When monero was $.55 cents...& Litecoin was $.09 cents...& look at them now!!! Anything is possible for STEEM/SBD:)
Glitches are always known to happen...Be careful on the exchanges...I would especially be cautious on poloniex with all the "DDoS attacks" and shenanigans...Gotta be careful buddy-

I ended up quickly cancelling more orders, thinking the exchange was lagging behind. I think I ended up losing a few pennies because of it.
Are glitches like that known to happen?
