[Review] ProKareX - Decentralized Intelligent System ICO Review

This is my first review of an ICO. I just want to say that I am not shilling the coin I just decided to start doing reviews because I really enjoy it and I found a project that I think is very promising. You will learn more about it in the review. I will do more reviews in the future hopefully.

The review is on ProKareX.
ProKareX is creating a decentralized intelligent system built on blockchain. It is IoT but they are taking it to the next level by solving global problems.
ProKareX is aiming to make lives easier and safer. They have said that the 2 biggest problems they want to solve are:

1. Burglaries - Over 2,000,000 home burglaries are reported each year in the United States ONLY of which 30% are through an open window or door. Out of all these burglaries, only 13.6% result in arrests. The reason only a small percentage of them result in arrests is because normal security systems are not good enough to stop burglaries and by the time police arrives if they even get notified it is already too late. The burglar is gone because either he was alerted by the beeping noise of the alarm or he just turned it off / hacked it.
2. Heart Diseases – 614,000 people die of heart diseases each year in the United States ONLY. That is 1 in 4 deaths. Every year 735,000 Americans have a heart attack. About 47% of sudden cardiac deaths occur outside a hospital. This suggests that many people with heart disease do not act on early warning signs. If you are home alone and you, experience a heart attack there is no one to help you and if an ambulance does not arrive as fast as possible you will most likely die.

These are the 2 main problems they want to solve I will let you know how they will do that after.

Now… the last thing they want to focus on is connecting your home so everything you can you can just access through your phone or by voice commands.

So let us get back to how they will solve the first 2 problems.

The ProKareX Home System is what will solve the problems and this system consists of:
-Sensors
-Cameras
-Main Computer
These 3 components will be installed in your home and will be working together at all time. The sensors and cameras will be connected to the main computer. The information can be shown on the mobile app or if you want, you can control the system through a voice command to tell you exact information. If needed the computer can signal an emergency to the emergency telephone number in your country. An emergency would be burglary, fire or someone experiencing a heart attack or a stroke. As you probably already read, they will have a mobile application that they will develop and it will be completely connected with the system you can check your cameras your health information and everything else provided. If a burglar goes in your house, a signal will be sent to the police. If someone experiences a heart attack or stroke, a signal will be sent and an ambulance will arrive ASAP.
Here is how they will detect unauthorized people coming in your home aka burglars. They have these bracelets that you wear which apparently are designed to look and feel good but to me that does not really matter I care more about what they are used for. Each family member will receive a bracelet, which will be completely FREE these bracelets will be used to monitor your health and give u access to everything your system provides. There will also be Pet Collars, which will do the same for your dog. They will be working with a pet designer company, which designs clothes, collars and all that stuff for dogs and make it look and feel nice. There will also be another way to authorize someone to your home and that will happen through a picture all you have to do is upload a picture of the person you want authorized. You can crop the picture of the person in the mobile application so it is only him on the picture and it is better if his face is mostly visible. Therefore, the system will be monitoring your health the whole time you are in the house and it will display it on the mobile application and if needed it will send an emergency signal. Now this is what the constant monitoring of your health includes:
-RHR
-Heart Rate
-VO2
-ECG
-Blood Oxygen
-Skin Temperature
-Body Temperature
-Blood Pressure
-Respiratory Rate
-Thermal Imaging
All of this will be on the mobile application and it will show if something is out of norms but is not an emergency. That way you can take the medication, you need or go to a doctor if you wish.
There will also be an additional number put into the system so when something happens not only the emergency number will receive a signal but for example, your wife could receive one too.
Now more about the ‘’Connecting your home’’ part that I wrote about above. They want to connect all of your electronics into one mobile application, which will be the same one as previously mentioned. That way all it takes to control your electronics is your phone. If you want to check if you have turned the stove off then you can do so from the mobile application. This on its own is very good because it just makes things a whole lot easier. The other thing is that they will show you if a certain device is not working properly meaning that it could be wasting more power than it should. This will help save a lot of electricity and it is just good optimization in general.
About their voice commands, which I found very interesting. Imagine having Alexa with more knowledge and a better understanding…now that on its own sounds very good right, it gets even better. You can control the system with voice commands and even name the system, as you like. That way you do not have to say ‘’Alexa do this’’ ‘’Alexa do that’’ every time you want to do something, which I find very annoying because I do not even like the name Alexa or having to say ‘’Google’’ before I use the Google voice control. You can name the system whatever you wish any word any name. Another great thing that I like about the voice commands is that they are in the whole house so you can use them wherever you are and the best part is that they will only answer in the room that the question or command was given that way it will not disturb the rest of the people in the house. However, you could ‘’announce’’ something in the whole house if you wanted to and that way everyone can hear it. So overall, the voice commands are just very smart and I really like how they let you customize them. Of course, we will see more when they release them or do some public tests.
They also provide an additional Fire Extinguishing System, which they claim is better than your normal ‘’fire sprinklers’’ systems and all the others. This is an additional product and they have made it that way so if you already have a fire extinguishing system of some kind and you want to get the ‘’ProKareX Home System’’ you do not have to pay the price of the fire extinguishing system they provide if you do not wish to change the system you already have. I am not going to go in depth about the Fire Extinguishing System if you wish to read more about it please do so in their whitepaper.
So far, everything sounds great right…but how can we afford such a system you may ask.
This brings me onto the next thing, which is that they are going to make the system and everything around it as cheap as possible so more people can afford it and use it to make their lives safer and better. There will be no additional payments such as:
-Delivery tax
-Installation tax
-Additional work tax
There will be none of that the only price that you will pay is the price of the product that they are trying to keep as low as possible.
I personally think that this is very good that they are trying to make it more accessible to the masses. It will bring more users, which will be more users using their coin and that is good for investors that want to ‘’’go to the moon’’.
They will also provide system maintenance, which is more like a warranty. If you pay a certain amount of money, each month or you could pay upfront for 6 or 12 months, which will cost less and something happens to the system in the months that you have this warranty they will repair the system FREE of any charge. It does not matter how much the actual cost of the repair is they will do it free of any charge. They have mentioned that the cost of the system maintenance will be like $20 and it will cost less if you pay for 6 or 12 months. There will also be a warranty when you first buy any products or the ProKareX Home System but they are still going through the details so there is no official information on that I only know it because I asked Adam Dobson about it. He said that there will be one and after it ends, you can pay the system maintenance if you want but there will be more information once they make it official.
Now we are getting to the big part about ProKareX and what I personally think will bring even bigger gains to the table…The ProKareX Institution System.
The ProKareX Institution System has the same concept as the Home System. This system will be for big institutions like schools, kindergartens, and big companies that need a good and reliable security and health monitoring system. This system will be much more complicated than the ProKareX Home System it will be able to process the information of thousands of people at once and it will be much more advanced with additional features. There will be a separate specific application for this system. The system will be connected to scanners and will be able to detect if someone is carrying a weapon. Therefore, it can prevent a terrorist attack or any attack in that matter. This system will be much more expensive because it is high-tech and it will be made to cover bigger areas. They are targeting big companies and institutions that have the budget to afford the system. This will of course bring big cash flow but not only that…imagine the first school that buys the system it will be all over the news and it will bring a ton of publicity to ProKareX, which will most likely result in big gains for the investors. It will be the same if a big known company buys it…a ton of publicity. You know what they say ‘’There is no such thing as bad publicity’’.
I know I speak about the gains and everything but to me this project is actually much more and yes it is fine to be in it for the money or whatever but think about how big the project is…it can really change the world and yes I know it sounds cliché.
The protection of our children should be number one priority and the protection of people in general is extremely important. We all know the situation America is in…with all the school shootings and everything happening. I am not going to talk about if guns should be banned or not…that is for another time but let us take the current situation. Imagine if we had such a system in schools and big HQ’s, maybe people would not even try to do a shooting or attack the place but even if they do, they will not be successful. This is why IMHO I think this project will be successful.

Now let us get back to the project and go over the ICO.
The ProKareX token is a utility token. It is NOT a security or an asset. The holders of the ProKareX token are only entitled to use our products when developed or to resell the token. ProKareX tokens do not represent or grant any ownership right or share, stake, security, or equivalent rights, or any rights to receive dividends, other payments, intellectual property rights, or any other form of participation in or relating to the project described our white paper or in ProKareX or any of its affiliates.
I copied the above from their whitepaper I will go over why the token is not a security and will most likely not have any problems.
However, for now we are going over the ICO. They will be using the Ethereum platform for the ICO and once the ICO ends, they will release their own platform. They will exchange all the tokens for their coin once they release the platform. Many big projects do that just because it is easier and I doubt something will go wrong. They will be using Proof-of-Stake and will have their own wallet.
I will go over some reasons that make the ProKareX token NOT a security.

1. We will be able to hold the coin in their wallet and you can stake the coin.
2. We can use the coin for their services that they provide.
3. We can purchase their products using the token, other crypto or FIAT currency.
   They have not officially said what will happen when they receive the PKX tokens as a payment but I also asked Adam Dobson about this. They will not hold any significant amount of the token other than the ones that are meant to go to the team and advisors. The tokens that they do receive as payment they will not actually go to them and they will not be able to hold them…the tokens will be exchanged for FIAT and with the money made they will continue development. There will also be weekly reports of the sales and all the money made so everything will be transparent.
4. The token will be used in their mobile application. (Not sure about anything specific)
5. The token will be used for micro-transactions
6. It will be used a lot when their platform is released. Apparently, there will be much more things that you can use it for once the platform is live.
   It is a sensitive topic of what is classed as a security but I do not think that this is classed as a security however, please DYOR.
   Back to the ICO.
   The soft cap of the ICO is 2,500 ETH and the hard cap is 12,500 ETH. Minimum purchase is 0.1 ETH.
   The total supply is 500,000,000 tokens.
   300,000,000 tokens will be sold at the ICO.
   50,000,000 tokens will be held by the team and advisors. They will be locked for 4 years.
   150,000,000 tokens will be left for PoS.
   The price of 1 token will be $0.05
   1 ETH = 24000 tokens
   The total supply is very good we all know that 500,000,000 is like the golden spot. The best part is that for such a good total supply the price for 1 token is very reasonable…this means that there is a big potential for big gains like 100x and more. We have seen other projects with that total supply to have prices such as $0.15 and higher. I also like the fact that the team and advisors will hold the tokens for 4 years because that really shows their commitment to the project.

It is time to show you the amazing team that they have. I am not going to go in depth if you want to read more about each member of the team you can do so on their whitepaper.
In their team, they have 21 members and they are going to get more people on the team. They have 7 advisors.
Out of the 21 people on their team:

• 7 have PhD’s
• All of them have gone to prestigious universities such as Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, MIT, Penn, King’s College, Seoul University, ETH Zurich and more.
  This is probably the best team I have ever seen after the one working on Cardano. Most of the people on the ProKareX team have a lot of experience.
  About their 7 advisors:
• 4 have PhD’s
• Most of them have gone to prestigious universities.
• There is a semi superstar.
  Alexander Ivanov is the semi superstar. He is the CEO of the Bulgarian Bat Security he has over 15 years’ of experience. Bat Security is a member of the National Association of Industrial Security Companies. Alexander went to live abroad to study in the Royal Holloway, University of London. He has an MS in Cyber Security.
  I say semi superstar because Bat Security is a known security company and is the most used security company in Bulgaria however, he is the CEO of the Bulgarian branch so it is not the whole Bat Security company. I still consider him a superstar because even though he is a CEO of the Bulgarian branch he still has very valuable contacts and can help ProKareX.
  Note - There is more people surrounding the project and helping this team develop it. This is just the official team for ProKareX!!!
  Here is the last part of the review.
  I will give you 7 reasons why I think this project is a good investment and has potential for gains.

1. Total supply of 500,000,000
2. Cheap price per 1 token
3. Long roadmap
4. Amazing team
5. Aiming to solve REAL GLOBAL problems
6. The ProKareX Institution system will bring big cash flow and therefore big gains.
7. The long-term potential is unimaginable.
