Which cryptos will the 'normal' investors buy? Bank related ones most likely !
Inspired by a discussion I had with @caladium, I wanted to say a few words about what we can expect in crypto land soon.
It is a fact that there is some reluctancy on the part of the crypto community to buy into the banking coins.
However, bearing in mind that the real growth coming from the 'general audience', the people not familiar with this space, is just about to start, what do you expect will happen?
These people, your regular type of 'stock market and bond' investors will be looking for what they know, understand and feel they can 'trust', at least in their world (by which I mean the main stream world where banks are somehow still considered trustworthy, like in: "you can bank on it" :)
This is at least what I have learned from numerous conversations with high net worth individuals here in Switzerland, once they get into this market they will be buying Ripple, Lumen, Melon, Humaniq, etc, etc.
BIG TIME, we ain't seen nothing yet, I can assure you !!!

Absolutely agree, but the reality of the matter is that they will not let go of their power easily, if at all.
After 25 years of investing in the stock market I have learned one thing: "don't fight the Fed", which basically means, follow the money (at least if you want to make a profit :)
Yes there is money to be had. I agree. And I have some ripple myself but...
My ethics being free market, classical libertarian, have some thoughts of anarchy, it hurts to give the power back to the banks when Saint Satoshi did so much to free us of our chains.
I couldn't agree more @enlightenedchef, and I obviously hope the same, but I also think this will take time and meanwhile it's better to be on the right side of the trade, after all, the more our community 'profits', the better it will be placed to change this world (and believe me, I have tried stepping out of this world, but feel it may be better to change it from within).

This is why people should realize Ripple == Central banks. Stop playing their fucking game once again humanity, just don't use their fucking shit. Do not touch Ripple, even if there's huge profits to be made. And because of EEA, ETH is one that "regular investors" are looking into. Ethereum most likely in my eyes will have the biggest impact on how we function as a species.
Interesting post. Same thoughts here. Buy and hold for the upcoming 2 to 5 years and the market will find it's way. We do need more indept investment analysis.
