I never was really impressed with BCash.
Personally, I do not have a problem with copycat coins if they solve a problem. With this fork, I did not see the larger block size really doing much. It did allow a few more transactions per second to go through, from 8 to, I believe, around 18. However, when you think about the 25K per second of Visa, it still is at a snail's pace.
Well it honestly seemed like having a purpose in tge beginning as BTC was completely overloaded. But now with Segwit and lightning we're better prepared for the next run on crypto than ever before. But anyways it's just a question of time until people discover steem ;)
Yeah I just wrote an article about the 3rd largest electric company in Japan testing out Lightning Network.
As we get closer to April, maybe we will start to see the run you mentioned. It will come sooner or later.....just a matter of when.
The run will happen but I´m not really sure whether it´ll take place anytime soon. I rather think it might be delayed until July or August as too many people got hurt too badly in the last one so they need some time to forget about it first.
