Binance: questioning on USDT vs REAL USD value?
it is quite confusing to me when i try finding out the mechanism or the real current USD values to USDT at Binance exchange.
Eg.
- Last Price - 0.038135 BTC, $612.
- coinmarketcap says it's $643. Coinbase is even "worse" at $680 atm. - and if I go and calculate these 2 numbers.. divide ETH $612 with the BTC value I get that the BTC in this calculation is indeed = $16.048. Just like the BTC/USDT pairing says it is.
And to make things worse.. I also spent certain $$$ to buy my ETH at Coinbase, trasnfered it to Binance.. and now I wanna know how much it had changed. And all I get is this ambiguious price and a graph that is just a relation to BTC.
Please help me understand this
