PSS: U may not need to reset the green bar, rather it may not need to run out. It is just always elapsed when I do the overnight settings, and the orange always lasts longer.

As for Overclockers and Thermal Regulators, if you use one in normal operations, you really need the other. I think the Thermals were simply an afterthought, to offset the Overclock's negative effects on the Boost Duration (orange bar). If U do not have an overclocker, the thermal does NOTHING. I only keep thermals in the yellow and purple Mk 4 and 5 range, because they can be used for the "upgrade" functions. I have shown you how to keep from using any thermals at all, you could sell all but one or two. They really are Junk Chips (except for upgrades) LOL
