Dogecoin is a coin that starts from a "joke", But now it appears as one of the most popular crypto in the world. Icon and name Doge are taken from a meme joke found on the internet about a Shiba Inu dog.  Its popularity inspires Dogecoin to launch in 2013 And now this coin has been traded in many exchanges in the world. The value of Dogecoin is much smaller than Bitcoin and the process of transfer between wallets runs faster when compared with Bitcoin. Dogecoin was created by Jackson Palmer he is marketing Adobe Systems in Australia and Billy Markus was an IBM programmer in Portland. The term Doge is the language for the word "Dog". the price of dogecoin is now still very cheap. (1 USD = 748.37 DOGE ) This is a great opportunity to invest or keep dogecoin for a long time and for sale someday when the price has increased.  dogecoin is now ranked 53rd of all Cryptocurrency in the world.

I must be crazy but I've bought some. It started off as a joke and there's too many coins but they're so cheap, I just couldn't resist. If they go to zero, I wont lose much, nice to know there's a limited downside :)

This so called "joke" has been in cryptoworld for ages now!
I used to trade that coin, but then the price went down drastically and I dumped it too. Now I never look back.

Dogecoin has a nice steady volume, no pump and dumps. Good community. Poor team, no roadmap. A shame. It only takes for the creatores to do something with it and it will sky rocket.

Nice article. I was about to start a similair discussion. Blockchain is here to stay, therefore we shouldn't look at what most people invest in but in the real quality projects, with great teams, management and a great product. Some people are still investing in "an idea". Is an Idea worth 100m+ USD to you? Besides coinmarketcap.com there is: https://www.coincheckup.com They seem to give this complete indepth analysis of all cryptocoins. Sorted by team, product, company, advisors, previous investors, etc. Go to: https://www.coincheckup.com/coins/Dogecoin#analysis For the Dogecoin Detailed report.
