W@hen it comes to DAPPs I don't think the amount of DAPPS on the platform matters at all. There is thins 80/20 rule anyways. Most your results comes from few good DAPPs. EOS/TRON can scale and even STEEM has some cool DAPPS with a good amount of users. When SMTs come out things will change even more drastically.
