A DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE AND GOD WAS WITH HIM

“It seems wonderful, we have a God who loves us, really cares for us. I tell you we are missionaries, we have lived in two countries with difficult political situations, but God has always been close to help us, we have never felt alone. God is wonderful.

On one occasion we were preaching and visiting an area where there was guerrilla, we had to walk for hours to reach the meeting place. We were afraid to find ourselves in the middle of some confrontation between the gerrila and the army. But the Lord helped us not to live this situation.

One of our brothers in Christ who lived in that town, had to go through that situation, he lived the following experience:

One afternoon he was walking on a country road, he was going with his wife and his little son, the wife was pregnant. Then a guerrilla confrontation began and one of the bullets hit the wife, another hurt the jaw of our brother. We went to visit him at his bed of pain. He was unable to speak. The bullet had dethroned his jaw, the doctors said he would not speak again. He communicated with us through a paper, on paper he wrote that he had had a dream, where his daughter told him that he was with his mother in heaven playing in a beautiful place,We knew at that moment that his pregnant wife had died, he still did not know the sex of his daughter but the doctors told him it was a girl and the dream confirmed was a girl

We could not understand such a terrible experience. After a while our brother began to heal from his jaw until he reached the point of being able to speak miraculously. God helped him.

He hopes to meet his wife and little daughter in heaven.

There are very difficult situations to live in this world, that is why we pray for Christ to come soon and take us to heaven to live with him. Meanwhile we pray and trust in their love.
