What's going on with Virtus.Pro?

Hey guys, today i wanna talk to u about Virtus.Pro players form. We can see that they are performing very bad since few months, what's the reason of it? It's pretty simple - there is a problem with communication in their team. One time Janusz 'SNAX' Pogorzelski said that he won't be in game leader in this team anymore, why? Because player's aint listening to his strats. They are just playing like FFA, also 'Don Haci' said that they will kick TaZ after Eleague Major.
