Change is always tough. And the reason the TE industry struggled for years after the PayPal drama was because a lot of owners refused to change. And many still do.
The new CTP is designed to get people into the habit of change. Daily action.
As for the bitcoin programs....Not sure what you mean, the only crypto program we have is the one you used right now to create this post :)
