Way down in Region X, there are grow shops popping up everywhere. I know of 4 in Puerto Varas that have arrived in the last 7 months (ma o meno haha) and several in Puerto Montt.
Puerto Montt actually held (hosted? Idk) the Festival Latin Americannabis last month, which is super cool!
