In each era or role or even a phrase will always appear to be a quote. Quite often quotes that can later become jargon in various aspects of life. So it's no wonder when politicians use jargon to attract the masses. For example, during the Obama campaign they used the phrase Yes, We can!
this makes a rebellious spirit for an achievement.
Likewise, when in Indonesia President SBY advanced for the second election using the continue jargon and succeeded!
Likewise when we watch a film there will definitely be a quote from a dialogue on one of the characters which is then used as a quote as you described in this post.
Of course the success of a film is the main goal, marked by the large number of spectators who watch films so that the income from the film industry will increase.
