No surprises as I work on it. I think I am on about 4.4 per 1000 SP now and climbing slowly. Hard to maintain as I have been voting comments when I can.
Very true even though I appreciate engagement as well. I think if someone comments on a post then yes, but not back and forth. When I upvote a post I have already given I suppose so it doesn't feel too bad then.

It's a trade-off between growing your curation and growing engagement on your blog I think. I can no longer give every commentator a vote :(
