Steemit Meme About Curation - Surprise Pack Edition - Appreciation Post

I created this meme because I was inspired by a conversation I had the other day regarding curation rewards. I realise that I don't know what's in the box, i.e. how much curation I'm going to get. I post, and it's a surprise pack every time. Sometimes I make a few cents, other times close to $1's worth. Sometimes, I get a juicy cream filled one, worth $25. It has happened once or twice that I got a super rare one, those are a nice surprise, but all curation rewards are fun, because they are all full of sweet votes. Lovely ingredients from other Steemians, upvoting my content because they enjoy it.

The other day, I noticed I had over 20 upvotes on a post. The post itself made under 0.10, but the fact that I had so many people who saw it, read it, enjoyed it, upvoted it, felt nice and sweet. Sure, the curation is fun, that's why we like the special chocolates, but the regular chocolates that come up in all the boxes, they are always there and will always be there. Sure, I'd love to find a rare one, but I like that there are those flavours (followers) that are always there and I can count on those lovely chewy ones.

So even if I didn't hit a rare, or some of the juicier creamy ones, I got the usual tasty ones :) In either case, I'm devouring those chocolates, metaphorically speaking.

Do note that I don't eat chocolate anymore because I can't handle caffeine anymore, but I used to indulge in dark chocolates of the non-dairy persuasion that were made with coconut milk.

And I'd like to thank everyone who enjoys my content. I'm up over 300 followers, and counting, in the 4 months I've been here on Steemit. I'm enjoying my "box of chocolates". I think together, pooling our resources together, we might be able to hit on some of those big rare ones :p
