That was the original rule, but we have decided to go with more organic curation. None of the articles have to have a ninja upvote anymore (we will upvote and resteem when we publish), but you still can't do your own and can't do nsfw.
Thank you for the explanation! I will work this into my daily schedule, I see your submission form allows markup - I will take some time to make things pretty, then i can submit new things.
