Welcome to the 40th edition of You Got Snekked!

This time we SNEKKED 6 posts and we hope you will have a look at them all! We now have a total of 10 curators (including me) and all I can say is that I am really proud of how this project is growing! Thank you all for the wonderful support!

You Got Snekked_ does not stop when you become bigger! We believe that everyone on the platform deserves to be curated! We don't look at rep, wallet or if you are new or if you have been here for two years! Manual curation is for everyone in our belief!**

You got snekked will do two compilation posts per week on Tuesday and Friday. Curators will get 5% of the Steem and or SBD payout!

Right now, some of our curators are on a break! They will return soon!

Do you remember your struggles when you joined Steemit?
Perhaps you were very excited after joining the platform. You put a lot of effort and time into making a post. Unfortunately, you did not see much rewards or engagement on your posts.

This can be very disappointing. There are curation projects that support Steemians, and today I just found @dline, a manual curation system.
DLine is a life line manual curation system that finds out talented content creators and encourages them to keep up the good work. This is very important to support content creators who make quality content. Otherwise, they will be discouraged and give up at some point. @dline treats all users equally whether they are minnows, dolphins, red fish, whales, giant squids, or sea cucumbers. Meet @kiel91

Paick is a new Steemian from Germany who recently rocked up to our wonderful little blockchain with the intention of carving out a little spot for himself. I initially stumbled across his blog through a wonderful post he wrote on unboxing his new 3d printer...Exciting technological times we live in, right?

He writes well and uses a lot of his own photography in his posts, this I believe should be wholeheartedly encouraged. I chose him to be Snekked through a desire to get back to my early roots on the blockchain, namely encouraging brand new Steemians to keep going, stick around and make some amazing friendships and connections.

Meet @francisftlp

Francis is a Venezuelan artist who makes very beautiful drawings but was absent from the platform for some weeks because of internet issues!

this time she came back to her blog to present us a drawing of a redhead girl with blue eyes and her freckles. The variety of colors and the shades and highlights she achieve in it was very interesting, and we can really appreciate the fact she make us a step by step process from the first sketch to the final piece.

Meet @viking-ventures. Someone I have noticed on the blockchain a LOT over my time here. She is an incredibly prolific Steemian, always creating and never focussing on the price being up or down...That's how it is when you love what you do and do it for joy., and boy does it show!

In this post she brings something to my attention that I notice a lot. Contests and opportunities are very often missed here. Make sure you are the sort of person looking for opportunities and not bemoaning the platform and missing them
