What kind of Food Culture Journey have you visited? Briefly introduce yourself.

I have visited Chawkview Fast Food Corner. It is quite popular among college students because fast food is available here at reasonable prices and all kinds of student budget food items are sold. They have kept very good service for students, which is why their shop has more customers than other shops.

This fast food restaurant is located right on the roadside, opposite Keari Market in Chawkbazaar. If you come here any day of the week, you can enjoy their food. They open their shop early in the morning and provide service until night without any fixed closing time. It even happens that their food runs out before time.

How were the activities, services and facilities at this place?

First, let me share with you about the interior of their restaurant. Along with the food, they have decorated their store with a modern interior and colorful lighting. Some might think that there is no need for so much decoration in this kind of fast food shop.

The owner of the store belongs to the young generation, and he has focused more or less on the interior along with the quality of the food. Space has also been kept above the store for customers to sit; when the ground floor is full, customers are given seating upstairs.

At this food restaurant, customers will find all of their favorite fast food items. While entering the store, the food items can be seen inside glass containers. And customers view the food items from the outside and visit the store, which seemed like a very smart strategy to me.

Singara, samosa, piyaju, beguni, aloo chop, jilapi, chicken roll, wonton, along with tea and several other fast food items are available here. Moreover, budget-friendly meal items have been kept here for students, an opportunity that can only be availed by those who are students.

The prices of the food items are kept reasonable. The prices of almost all snacks items are nearly the same and close to one another. Only singara and samosa are 5 Taka each, while most other items are 3 Taka, and jilapi is 10 Taka per piece. Considering the current market situation, the prices felt completely affordable to me, which is convenient for everyone.

Below, I am listing the food menu along with the prices:

Beguni3 BDT0.45 STEEM

The food is served on tables, and 3 staff members have been kept for serving. There are fans and a cooling system inside so that customers do not face any discomfort while enjoying their food. I have visited this place many times and used to eat snacks here during my college life.

The Chawkbazaar area is called the hub for students in Chattogram because most of the public colleges, universities, coaching centers, and tutors are located here. Therefore, most of the customers here are students. The food here tasted very delicious to me.

There are several other fast food corners nearby for students. Although the food is the same in all of them, no one else can provide service like this place in terms of price, which is why the number of customers is also higher here. The special student budget meals here are providing a great advantage to many students.

Show the special foods of that place.

There are some special foods here, and I have already shared about the student budget meals above. However, there is another special food item that I personally prefer the most, and that is the mixer snacks. The main ingredient of these mixer snacks is chickpea.

It is prepared by mixing chickpea with an appropriate amount of beguni, piyaju, jilapi, and aloo chop, along with puffed rice, which is why this special item has been named mixer. This food is available only in the afternoon, and its price is 40 Taka per bowl.

Share your experiences of that place as a Curious Explorer.

I have recently visited this fast food store, and to be honest, their food service still maintains the same quality as before when I used to study in college and taste various foods from here. And they have a reputation in the area for their student budget meals.

During my last visit, I tried the mixer, and the taste of the food felt wonderful to me. Along with the taste of the food, the price also seemed reasonable. On my last visit, I noticed that not a single seat was vacant for customers; many were going up to the empty space upstairs.

The Chawkview Fast Food Corner, is indeed a great restaurant, I still remember the "Rich way restaurant" where students in my school use to eat all because meals where at affordable prices which helped the restaurant attract a good amount of costumers. It's also good to know that the restaurant offers good costumer service, providing sits upstairs for costumers to stay was a good idea when the downstairs gets filled. Most fast food restaurants don't have foods with good taste, I am glad you like their food of which you like the mixer snacks the most, it was great having to feel the joy of having a good place for quality meal.
