This is one of the most beautiful hardy flowers I have ever had. The flower is so powerful that it stands out from all the other flowers. Euphorbia mili, crown of thorns, Christ plant or Christ thorn, is a flowering plant in the Euphorbiaceae family native to Madagascar. The species name commemorates Baron Milius, once Governor of Reunion, who introduced the species to France in 1821..
