Bear market warning! Cyrptocurrency bubble

Welcome to the bubble. Bitcoin about to go down hard. You might be asking how do I know what is coming and what should you listen to me. Let just start with disclosure I profit zero money if this goes up or down either way I win nothing. Most people go for the team that will give them something shorts want bitcoin to go down longs want it to go up. Real opinion comes from those who are on neither team they COULD care less if it goes up or down. I care more about being on the RIGHT side of history. That said lets talk about it.

How do we judge bubbles buy seeing OTHER bubbles if you are looking at bitcoin and thinking its a bubble you are looking at the wrong bubble. The right bubble is the stock market and that dollars got really no place to go and a whole class of investors that are not saving but investing in anything to make some gain as banks are not giving you money on your parked cash. What is the problem with that is herd thinking like bisons running all together like a stampede rushing over the river and eventually going over the cliff. Each and every one of those crisis that happen in the stockmarket no one seen them coming! or did they.

Sadly once the last suck gets in which is normally the everyday Joe he got in too late. When you hear of Taxi drivers, doctors and kids making big cash in something we are close to the top. When you see the media talk about it now everyone is in the game the last stage is you getting on it once everyone is in the big money is in as well. They jack up the prices even higher, how they are SHORTING it putting money in to make cash when it goes down to do this they have to actually bet against this. So last stage is mania when prices go up to the roof.

Now in mania you can make crazy money really fast, the faster it goes up or down the more unstable it gets and eventually you see this.

This is a parabolic chart of a stock, the higher it goes the lower it will go later. Most people do not understand it but this pattern happens so much that its very predictable and called a blow off top those can go higher then most expect but when they go down most greedy people lose 90% or more by averaging into a loser so all your gain poof disappears.

A few years of actively trading stocks what do I see here, bitcoin is not investment it is acting like a stock without floor, value or safety. Worst unlike stocks that create and produce something this is as good as its security is lots of things can go wrong. But I am not talking about bitcoin I am just taking about charts and the chart looks very bubble. Let take a look at the biggest bubble of all.

The stock market is the biggest bubble created by the FED trying to rescue the economy but by not jacking up interest rates when they should have they waited until now to do it faster. The economy is NOT doing well, 3 hurricanes destroyed a lot of huge areas of the economy of Texas mainly oil, Florida Tourism and Porto Rico all of that effecting MILLIONS of people who some lost everything. You are going to jack up interest rates one people already under what will happen maybe recession in 2018.

Bubbles pop during recessions not exactly they actually pop before the big money already shorted big time they know when it is coming but do you?
