Selfnote-03.02.26
Internal motivation.
How little we realize how fortunate we are. We miss out on a thousand things, without even noticing the miracle of waking up to another day. That our bodies respond and our lungs breathe without asking permission. Life keeps betting on us, while many people's time has run out. You are still here, with a new day in your hands, with the possibility intact to feel, to say, to try. With the opportunity to hug those you love, to look into their eyes, to eat your favorite dish, to run, laugh, and dance.
Yes, there are problems. There always will be. But almost none of them are definitive. What is definitive is when time runs out. What is definitive is realizing, too late, that we did not live as we wanted to, that we put off life waiting for the right moment, between complaints and comparisons. We believe that there will always be an after, a tomorrow, a second chance, and that is not always the case. That is why, while you have the opportunity. And that's not always the case. So, while you still have legs to walk, eyes to see, a heart to feel, and people to call home, stop for a second and understand this. Notice that nothing essential is missing.
