Daily Dose of Sultnpapper 10/26/18> Let’s get real…Real ID Act-Title II H.R.1268
We are required...
It is coming up on the midterm elections that will take place on the second Tuesday of November and here in Texas we are required when we vote to present a valid form of identification in order to vote legally.
I would just...
So I thought I would just look into what exactly constitutes a valid identification for voting purposes. I actually never got far though since I was aware that back in 2005 the Federal government passed something called the Real ID Act – Title II so I thought I would go look at that first just to see what the feds have determined as what is a real identification card.
I am sure glad that I did because you have to have a real identification card that conforms with the federal regulations in order to enter federal properties and to board commercial aircraft.
Not one person...
Right now not one person using a Texas driver’s license should be allowed to board a plane in the US. I also suspect that there are plenty of other people in the country holding drivers licenses that are similar to those issued in Texas from other states that don’t comply to the law either and they shouldn’t be allowed to board a plane as well.
One thing I find...
One thing I find myself doing quite a bit is reading the details in these laws and it amazes me just how much stuff isn’t paid attention to in the details. The very first thing listed in the federal requirements is the “full legal name” of the person. It is important to note that any time you are involved in any legal matter the use of your full legal name is required.
So just what...
So just what constitutes a “full legal name”? Here in the USA we need to look at 6 CFR 37.3 (Title 6-Homeland Security; Chapter I – Department of Homeland Security, Office of The Secretary; Part 37 – Real ID Drivers Licenses and Identification Cards; Subpart A- General) “Full legal name means “an individual’s first name, middle name(s), and last name or surname, without use of initials or nicknames.”
My buddy...
So let’s examine how the infamous John Doe’s name should be. I happen to know John Doe and his middle name is Dipshit, I think that might be a German middle name he has but I never have asked him. So my buddy John’s full legal name would be; “John Dipshit Doe”. That would be exactly how his name would have to be on any form requiring a full legal name, which is what is required with the Real ID Act.
J. D. Doe or...
J. D. Doe or John D. Doe wouldn’t be acceptable since that is not the full legal name of my buddy John. Also Doe; John, Dipshit would not be in compliance since the order is not the correct order of first, middle, last. So it is not really hard to comply, it just needs to be done correctly.
My Texas driver's license...
My Texas driver’s license doesn’t have my full middle name; it only has my middle initial. Not only that, it has my last name in the first position. The Texas driver’s licenses have it as; last name, first name, and middle initial. Well that doesn’t fly according to the Real ID Act and so not any Texan should be flying either on a commercial airline flight here in the USA.
Someone needs to...
Someone needs to tell the folks at the Department of Homeland Security to read the damn law and enforce it. Why go to the trouble of making all these bullshit laws and regulations if they aren’t even going to read them and enforce them?
The Department of Homeland Security is in charge of the TSA which is checking the ID’s at airports and deciding who fly’s and who doesn’t so why is it that this error is allowed to slip by?
Not only has it...
Not only has it slipped by, the Department of Homeland Security says on their website that all states needed to be in full compliance by December 1, 2017, this started in 2005, so the states have had plenty of time to get into compliance so what gives here? I guess that I am the only one who reads this stuff and I don’t even work for the federal or state government.
There was something else...
There was something else in the Real ID Act that also is worth mentioning and I have mentioned this before, I know have but I am not going looking for it right now, that other thing it mentions is status.
Most people identify...
Most people identify here in the USA as being citizens since the majority have been born here in one of the fifty states. Being born in a state of the United States doesn’t make you a citizen; you aren’t a citizen by birth. By birth you are a “national” only most folks don’t know that and are mislead about their status.
All the codes...
All the codes and statutes apply to citizens and citizenship is by choice, so if you want to get out from under all the rules, regulations and income taxes there is a way out. Give up your citizenship you have been tricked into claiming and revert back to being a national of the United States of America.
There is also...
There is also a difference in the United States and the United States of America whether or not you want to believe it. All the government forms we are asked to fill out here in the US always ask if you are a “US citizen” and when you check the box that says “yes” you are just confirming again that you want to be under the jurisdiction of all those codes and statutes.
the United States of America...
The government of the United States of America hasn’t been in place since the civil war and this de facto government has been in place since then operating under the name United States or US. There is no mention of America since the actual US government as we know it today only should exist in Washington, DC. That is where the United States is and everything else is just a lie and a figment of our imagination and ignorance.
My apologies...
I know that a lot of you reader’s of the Daily Dose are foreign to the United States of America (or the US) and so my apologies for having to keep bringing this up every so often. These are things that are not taught here in the public education system and so unless people will go do the research and read these things for themselves I feel the need to at least try and spark some interest in the people here to actually learn about their country.
We have a lot of...
We have a lot of issues here and if people would take the time to learn we might actually have a shot at getting this ship righted and restore some freedom and liberty in this country. Both freedom and liberty are constantly under attack here and no one seems to notice or care.
Until next time,

I wonder just how many states are non-compliant. I know New Mexico isn't, although there is talk of doing something, has been for years now. Now you tell me Texas isn't either. Anyone else in a state which is breaking the law?
Trust me, I'm a doctor.
The crazy part is that the Department of Homeland Security list shows that Texas is compliant and everything is good with the Texas driver license as an acceptable ID for federal purposes.
I would wager that the majority of states are technically non compliant, just like Texas is, but for some reason the feds are willing to overlook it and pretend that they are.
A lot of people get out of whack when someone will mention "straw man" but the real question that should be asked is this, "if in order to be legally driving you need license from the state, that would be a form of a contract. So for contracts to be legal and binding the parties should be listed by their full legal name. Why does the state refuse to put our full legal name on our driver license?"
Putting any other name or variation of our name does in fact create a "straw man" and that we are accepting responsibility for that fictional character, by signing that license.
The states could very easily put full legal names on driver's licenses but then that would open up a whole can of worms that would take way more time and space than I care to do in a comment reply. I would have to do a full week of Daily Doses and break that up into several parts.
But that is a question we should be asking our state officials about why our full legal names are not on driver licenses.
it sure sounds like whoever has a weird middle name is going to get the time of his life writing every word down. When it comes to citizenship, there are more ways than being born and raise there. FYI , lost of rich chinese go to the U.S to give birth so that their child can get U.S citizenship. Not to say anything, but i just happen to come across some rude Chinese with american passport and a huge LV bag
If they lived here they wouldn't be so quick to want to be here and be citizens. This place isn't as free as we make it out to be, I can assure you of that.
A couple of days ago I watched a very interesting YouTube video about renouncing your citizenship. Apparently if you have no citizenship you can get arrested for no reason (so what makes that different from being an ordinary citizen, I hear you ask... hmm). I found it quite thought-provoking.
Apparently many US citizens with dual nationality are renouncing their citizenship, because under laws introduced in 2010, even if they are tax-paying nationals residing in a different country, they have to continue to pay tax in the US – so they could end up paying two lots of income tax.
We even get taxed when we die here, so just because you leave the country doesn't mean you escape the taxes. The whole point is that without our knowledge we are being bound to contracts that we aren't even aware exist through consenting to be citizens.
Citizens can be just as easily arrested and held without charges or a hearing for long periods of time, so there really is no difference there as you mentioned.
my gosh!!! a death tax??? i wasn't aware of such things. it seems that the U.S citizens have the responsibility to be aware that these taxes exist. For outsiders, living in the U.S is portrayed as "living the American dream". Sounds really nice and great. Looks like a lot has change since the phrase was invented.
Sayings take on different meanings over time for sure. Right now I would say that for people in other countries looking at America, "living the American dream" would mean that the US isn't bombing the USA so it would be a good place to live.
We have been known to bomb ourselves though, Waco Tx is one, Oklahoma City is another and the case has been made that 9/11 was a government bombing job to start the "war on terror" so while we aren't flying bombing runs on major US cities yet, that possibility isn't out out the realm of possibilities either.

Wow, and I am once again reminded of how little I know about government and the technicalities of the laws...
I need to do some research...
I encourage everyone to do their own research for sure. We just have been way to complacent with believing what we hear from news sources and the education system growing up.
Another good one to look into is money; I would be willing to bet that the majority of Americans don't know that the constitution says that the only lawful form of money in the United States of America is gold and silver coin.
Since we are no longer operating as the United States of America and have been a bankrupt country since 1933 now known as United States or the US, we don't have lawful money, we have "notes", Federal Reserve notes which are not money but are considered "legal tender" for debts. Notes are nothing more than an I.O.U. , technically there has been no way to pay off a debt since 1933 when the money was confiscated. Debts can only be "discharged" using a note, until lawful money returns in the form of gold and silver it is not possible to pay off a debt.
That is true. A strange fact that many do not know, but still true... Makes you wonder when that will catch up to everyone. That's why silver and gold stacking is a good idea...
I am glad you checked it out. The facts don't lie, most people never go look for the facts and just listen to the lines of BS the politicians and the news media keep feeding us.
Yes, I quit listening to that garbage years ago... It's all a load of BS and if I want to learn about something, the news is sure as heck NOT where I go to get info. :)
Good to know, and it is the wise thing to do.
