Good day steemit friends.. I just wanna share my entry for today's Daily Food Photography hosted by @howtostartablog.

Balut is the most popular street food in the Philippines. You can see a lot of vendors of Balut especially at midnight. It is basically boiled duck egg with a developing embryo. It is eaten with a condiment of salt and vinegar. It is more delicious to eat if the vinegar is spicy.
