Are the reports on air-strikes against Syria for real ?
Hi Chris, It is not clear that the reports are actually what happened. Supposedly 100 plus missiles, 70 plus shot down, only 3 civilians injured. The photos of the supposed factories hit appear to have already been bulldozed and do not looked "bombed". What really happened and what the media is saying are two different things. Russia told by Trump team two days prior where to evacuate from. Israel strike on Tiyas Air base was to destroy evidence of the staging of the FF chemical weapons attack

Hi @dakini5d! Ive been reading on the Svaroopa yoga and doing the poses you suggested. I just found some more and im starting a daily practice Today. I was wondering if there is a website or videos you could recommend that could help. My whole body has been full of chronic tensions. Ive been able to release alot just doing a few poses and changing my diet. Any help is greatly appreciated, ty.
