Dansformation 12 Weeks Workout Challenge - Results After 7 Weeks

Hello dear steemians,

I have my week 7 report a day later because I couldn't make all the measures yesterday as my girlfriend was at work and she is my assistant for such a things. Anyway, I did it today, we measured all parts which I want to track, weighted myself also made a video with the progress for the week 7 of my workout challenge.

Overall, after 7 weeks of workouts everything looks better from how I feel to how I look, I have more energy into my body, I lost all my interest to junk food, soda, sweets and other related stuff. I still have issues with food because sometimes I have lack of ideas what to eat but I'm working on that because this is where everything starts, in the kitchen.

For the whole 7 weeks I was around 77 kg with small ups and downs despite that I almost eliminated the meat from my meals and I'm very content because of that because I replaced a lot of fat with muscles .

As I mentioned, I track few parts of my body each week and everything looks like this :

Only 4 weeks to go and I still have to make a lot of improvements but yeah, it's way better than before. I'm glad because I started this transformation because as we know time is passing anyway, is not asking us if we agree or not so better to start doing things than waiting.

good for you. i'm in the 'adjusting my food' stages.. much better but now gotta switch into the exercise phase.. :)

well, it sounds like you prepare for the foundation :) it's very important because even if you workout hard with bad food the results will not be visible, I know from experience because I did it like for 3 years :)
