MOTION WAS MADE BY FRANK WHITE BULL, SECONDED BY JAMES “JOE” DUNN, TO APPROVE: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THE STANDING ROCK SIOUX TRIBAL COUNCIL HEREBY AUTHORIZES REALLOCATION OF UP TO $3.2 MILLION FROM THE NO DAPL ACCOUNT, ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS AND SUBJECT TO TRIBAL COUNCIL APPROVAL, TO FUND VITAL TRIBAL GOVERNMENT
