No at the moment, however, you can take a longer route by first converting Steem into bitcoin and then converting bitcoin into fiat currency wallet..
But with the spped of technology / internet, I do not think is a difficult/longer route, just few more clicks...

Yeah that is what I do now... Steem to bitcoin on coinbase, then I can use my Shift Visa.
