actually this time it happened in reverse. XVG, STEEM and a few lower volume coins made HUGE moves upward before BTC even vibrated. it was as though the confidence in alts instilled confidence in BTC this time.

    I think the big fish are getting together and planning these moves. They are probably plotting their buying moves together on each cryptocurrency.
