Application As a Yoruba & Pidgin English Translator on Davinci
Good day Davinci!
I am Adedoyin Adejimi, a Yoruba born in the South-western part of Nigeria. I grew up and schooled in 5 states in Yourubaland where both Yoruba and Pidgin English are mostly spoken languages while English is the lingua franca. I am a Bachelors degree holder in Classics from the University of Ibadan. I am also a freelance writer/translator of the above listed language for other concerns aside my translation experience with Utopian.io. While i am a native speaker of Yoruba, i grew up speaking pidgin English as well - i can write in both languages with near-perfect dexterity. I have had a great and worthwhile experience translating in the Translation category on Utopian.io in both Pidgin English and Yoruba and i am sure bringing in such expertise can only enhance Davinci and Utopian for the good quality work they have always been known for.
