Nursing educators teach more than knowledge and technique. Learners also absorb how authority is used, how mistakes are handled, how uncertainty is treated, and whether dignity is preserved during correction. If caring is a professional value, it must be experienced within nursing education as well as taught within the curriculum. High standards and caring are not opposites; the strongest learning environments make both visible at the same time.
