A change agent does not need to control the whole system before acting. Sustainable change begins by identifying what can be changed locally, protecting professional standards, grounding recommendations in evidence, evaluating what actually improves, and building relationships with people who can extend the work. In nursing education, student feedback becomes most valuable when it moves beyond collection and becomes evidence for iterative redesign.
