So yeah the one who participated 1st is too counted as one of the main winner , there's no comparison of his /her with the rest of the Participant , rest of the participant reward is 0.1 Steem and the one who participated 1st the winning amount for him is 0.2 Steem 0.1 Steem is just a Participation reward it's not the winning amount , do check your memo that you receive when you first participate, in the memo it's written “your winning amount” do check rest of the participants memo it's written “your Participation reward” so yeah now you get to know the advantage /benefit of it.

Also the one who participated 1st can be selected as main winner too if we found that his or her comment that he or she left is the best 😊.
