Introduction
Hello everyone, we are two blockchain enthusiasts from Casablanca, Morocco. We have been following all that revolves around the Blockchain as innovative project with added value for more than 4 years already. We have; among other things, made up mining ASICs and GPUs, and used it to mine late 2013 Bitcoin,Litecoin, dodgecoin ... We have also been part of the Ethereum project before its pre-sale and were also involved in few other crypto projects in many ways such as ark, lisk , shift ...

The DECENT AFRICA team is composed of a 34 years old software developer and a 29 years old information system specialist.

Server Specifications
We are actually running our miner in a VPS. But we will soon migrate to a dedicated server.

Planned Contributions to the DCT Ecosystem

Website/social media/ e-marketing
We do speak three languages: arabic (mother tongue), french and english. Thanks to that we are intending to promote DECENT among the arabic and french speaking community through the creation of a website which will offer tutorials, news and other things. The goal behind that is to get as much people involved in decent as possible and for obvious promotion reasons among the French and Arabic community. Along with the bilingual website, and their social media, we will make use of our experience in e-marketing to reach a more targeted audience and start building French and Arabic communities around Decent.

Reward sharing witness
35 % of our mining reward will be sent to DECENT AFRICA voters periodically - twice per month. Each voters will get the reward according to the weight of his vote.
The reward sharing program will effectively (payouts) begin in the 1st of september. However, if we start mining before the 1st of september all early voters will get their share of the rewards made from the date the vote for decent africa was effective on their first payout.

Ending Statement
First of all we are two persons that have been working on various crypto projects for a time now. We have already spent countless hours promoting them and trying to grab community around them.

Thanks to our experience we have a very clear vision on what has to be done to help this project grow, and most importantly how to spend the “Mining” rewards. This is a detailed plan of how “Mining” rewards will be used:

Plan for rewards:
25% - will be used to develop and maintain
Website for the arabic and french community
Social media
E marketing
20% - Ongoing maintenance and servers cost.
35% - Voters reward
20% - Personal reward

The plan stated above might be subject to change in the future. These percentages might change to reflect DCT’s price fluctuation. Any change will be announced prior to taking effect.

Last but not least, and to be as much transparent as possible, we will create four different addresses which will hold the four funds of our project. We will be transferring rewards periodically according to the share of each fund. Addresses will be communicated asap.
