Deep Space Anomalies

The "Slow" Fast Radio Burst (FRB): Astronomers have detected a new kind of radio signal from a distant galaxy. Unlike typical FRBs that last milliseconds, this one lasted for several seconds and had a "heartbeat" rhythm. Scientists are currently baffled because no known physical process—like a pulsar or magnetar—should be able to produce a signal this long and steady.

The "Ghost" Star of 2025: A massive star in a nearby galaxy was being monitored by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) when it simply... vanished. Usually, stars this size go supernova (a massive explosion), but this one left behind no trace, no explosion, and no black hole signature. It’s as if it was deleted from spacetime.
