Let me first thank the steam community and all the Developers here for keeping the platform running and functional. This project is one of the useful cryptos today. After using Steem for a few months now, I have realized its importance and also figured out some creative ways of not only boosting the network but lift Creators/artists/ Writers/inventors etc.

Introduction:
Steem Fund (SF) is a creators token which will rely on Steem Blockchain, meaning it will utilize Proof Of Brain which will fund projects by “upvote” and “Investment”-based algorithms.

The Purpose of (SF) is to leg up all creators [ Developers, writers, musicians Etc] to publish or release their work(s). In as much as we are in the 21st century, millions of talents are wasted in the graveyards. Even in developed societies like USA, UK, Australia, Canada etc, there are still millions of untapped talented individuals whose work(s) will never see the limelight due to [Lack of Fund].

Opportunities:
SF platform will be a megaphone for all untapped creators. The idea is simple. If you are talented and need fund to spearhead your project, Post it on SF and if our delegates find it worthy or if your post receives reasonable upvotes/comment, we will review it. After review, our team will contact and discuss with the individual regarding all the terms and conditions. Once an agreement is signed in the blockchain, we will promote the project and attract investor within the community.

Steem Fund Investors:
These are the group of investors in the community. Their role will include but not limited to funding of new projects they deemed profitable after upvote has been completed. Anyone can be an SF investor but the minimum contribution required for each project will be pegged to 500 Steem/Steem Dollars.

Profit:
Profit will be shared using the following ratio. 50% will go to the Artist(s), 35% to the investors and 15% to Steem Fund ( from the 15%, Steem Fund Delegates will get 5%). The profit will be shared quarterly for 7years and on the 8th Year the total profit will return to the artist.

Steem Fund (SF) Delegates:
These people will serve as stouts in different countries. There works will include validating the identity and originality of the work, providing the information about producers/publishers etc. to the network. [ Similar to curating/witness ]

Conclusion:
As a friend [ @Arcange -Witness ] once told me, this project requires the following:

1. A community
2. Skilled people
3. Money

So the purpose of this post is to attract a few like-minded individuals within the above category.
