Hello Everybody

I have not visited this site for many years and was wondering if somebody could help me. I delegated some Steem Power and would like to retrieve it. How do I go about doing this now? So much has changed here that I am not sure what to do! I would really appreciate some help, as the account I delegated it to is totally dormant.
