Announcement on Delegation Reward Mechanism (Effective January 1, 2026)

To ensure the long-term stability of the delegation service and to continuously improve overall voting efficiency,
xiguang will implement a structural update to the delegation reward mechanism by:

• Adopting a floating reward model.
• Continuing to keep delegation returns among the most competitive across the Steem ecosystem.
• This mechanism will officially take effect on January 1, 2026.

This approach is intended to balance flexibility with long-term competitiveness.

Delegation rewards will be dynamically determined based on a combination of the following factors:

• Actual curation performance
• Current delegation scale and voting efficiency
• Steem ecosystem and market conditions

This mechanism is designed to better adapt to reward fluctuations across different periods,
while maintaining system stability and optimizing long-term return performance.

Across previous periods, internal balancing and optimization have been applied where appropriate.
This update represents a further step toward a more standardized and sustainable long-term structure.
