Dear Delegation Committee,

I support this delegation application as the initiative has focused on providing resources to add new users to the ecosystem as well as help with their onboarding which continues to be a challenging because of the cost and complexity of joining Steemit and their retention through 1:1 mentoring. The community Rosa created directly addresses these issues which are I believe major barriers to mass adoption and retention of new members. Plus it has been self-sustaining for greater then six months I believe, so if you make an award of SP to this functioning, sustainable project with a leader of known capabilities and dedication, I feel it’s a very good use of your resources.
