My only concern is that the commercial-powers-that-shouldn't-be will do absolutely everything in their massive power to build as many off-ramps to the higher levels of consciousness in a bid to ensure their survival and growth. Distractions, diversions, falsities, hacks, blunt theft, etc, anything to keep people separated, confused and unorganized and following "false gods" (call it consumerism, materialism, etc). Many (most?) people even in the western world still suffer from a deficit of usable time simply because many are so busy either trying to maintain ridiculous material lifestyles (mid class and up) or trying to simply live one paycheck to the next (mid class and down) and too exhausted to spend enough energy required to elevate themselves into a greater sense of awareness...just my brief two cents.

I hope I'm too cynical. I hope I'm completely fucking wrong and myopic. It would be amazing to see humans truly evolve beyond our basic state at present.
