NOTE: How the data is stored on disk is NOT how you access it, GUN has an easy API that lets you do complex graph queries like gun.user().get('chat').get(who).map().once(UI) which iterates over a table of encrypted messages on a user's decentralized document within a realtime graph that has fast offline-first key/value lookups.
